- After submitting your application you will receive a confirmation email that will give you instructions on how to provide the required sketch of your banner.
- The sketch must show the banner text and dimensions before application is approved.
- The approved permit will be sent to you via email.
- Banners can be displayed at more than one location. However, you will have to fill out an application for each location where you would like your banner to be displayed.

- Banners can be displayed for a maximum of three (3) weeks prior to the event date.
