Effective January 6, 2025 the parking garages will be in operation 24 hours per day from Monday-Friday. From 8am-5pm on those days, the hourly parking rates will be in effect. From 5pm-8am, there will be a flat fee of $2.00 for the evening/night.
Saturday, Sunday, and any City observed holidays will be no charge.

Market St. Garage – 41 E. Market St., York PA 17401 (Across from the York County Administration Center)
Philadelphia St. Garage – 25 W. Philadelphia St., York PA 17401 (Across from the Appel Center)
King St. Garage – 15 W. King St., York PA 17401 (Across from the York City Police Department)
Monthly Parking
Monthly garage access is available for purchase for $96.00 per month for the King St. Garage, Market St. Garage, or the Philadelphia St. Garage. To purchase monthly garage access, please complete our application on the Citizen’s Portal.
