Mayor Helfrich will present the 2021 Proposed Budget to York City Council for introduction at its November 17, 2020 meeting at 6:00 p.m., with consideration for final adoption of said budget to be determined by Council, which will be advertised after introduction and shall occur before December 31, 2020.
