City Council Public Hearing & Legislative Meeting

Public Hearing – 6PM (Liquor License Transfer Request)
York City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 6:00 PM in City Council Chambers, 101 S. George St., York, PA, to receive public testimony on the request filed by 3 Rivers Beer, LLC, for approval from the City of York for the proposed transfer of Pennsylvania restaurant liquor license no. R-17394, from Brickyard Tavern, Inc., 748 S. Albemarle St., Spring Garden Township, York County, York, Pennsylvania 17403 to 3 Rivers Beer, LLC for restaurant facilities within the City of York to be located at 131-139 North Duke Street, Suite 4, City of York, York County, York, Pennsylvania 17401 with the understanding that the liquor license will be transferred to only that location. Council will consider approval of said request that same evening immediately following the public hearing. Legislative Session – Council will convene in its regularly scheduled legislative session immediately following the public hearing.
