The overdose-reversing drug Naloxone saves lives, but only if it’s readily available when an overdose occurs. The City of York Bureau of Health, York/Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission, and York Opioid Collaborative continue to distribute Naloxone the 4th Tuesday of each month. Individuals can pick up Narcan and receive a brief training on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose.
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of York has announced the sale of an historic anchor building on Continental Square for redevelopment by a private company.
