The 38th Annual York Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Please be advised this will impact parking along the parade route on Market Street.
Specifically, from 7 am to 4 pm on March 16, no parking will be in effect on Market Street between the intersection of West Market and Belvidere Avenue to the intersection of East Market and South Queen Street. No parking will also be in effect on George Street between Philadelphia Street and King Street during that time.
This will affect the Market Street Parking Garage too. Individuals will need to plan ahead and move cars. Anyone parked at the Market St. garage may exit onto Clarke Avenue during the no parking hours.
The Parade itself begins at 1 p.m. at West Market and Penn Streets and will proceed east on Market to Duke Street. Motorists can use Philadelphia Street, Belvidere Avenue, King Street, and Queen Street to get around the parade route.
