The York City Police Department, in conjunction with WellSpan Health, the York City Fire Department, and Logos Academy, is proud to announce the 2nd annual Heroes for Hearts event on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
This program was set up to train members of the community in the life saving skills of first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillation (AED). At the end of the one-day class, all participants who successfully complete the skills will obtain a certification through the American Heart Association. The training is provided at no cost thanks to the participating organizations.
