This portion of the project will close traffic block by block, starting on Springettsbury Avenue and ending on West King Street. Crews will complete one block before moving to the next one without a posted detour plan, as only one block at a time will be out of function while the work is performed. Work is anticipated to be completed in a month with each block closure to be limited to no more than one week.
