The following events will take place this weekend and affect traffic in the City of York:
Friday May 5
- First Friday will close Beaver Street between West Philadelphia Street and West King Street from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Give Local York will close East King Street between Duke Street and Queen Street from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Logos Academy Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will close West King Street between South Newberry Street and Dublin Street from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Sunday May 7
- YMCA York Marathon 2023 will close Newberry Street between West Market Street and West Philadelphia Street, and close West Market St between Newberry Street and Pershing Avenue from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Newberry Street, Princess Street, and the Rail Trail will be affected by closures for this event.
