The following events will take place this weekend and affect traffic in the City of York:
Friday September 22
- George Street Dining will close North George Street between Philadelphia Street and North Street from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Saturday September 23
- George Street Dining will close North George Street between Philadelphia Street and North Street from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- White Rose Run will close portions of Beaver Street between West Market Street and West North Street between 6:00 am and 10:00 am. The race route involves downtown, the west end of the City, and the Rail Trail. Intermittent road closures will affect the area. Motorists should use caution while driving through the City during that time.
Monday September 24 through Friday September 29
- Newberry Street will be closed between West Market Street and West Philadelphia Street for a crane lift at the YMCA.
