Mayor Michael Helfrich is pleased to announce that considering the recent decrease in COVID-19 caseloads, York City Hall will reopen and resume in-person operations with the public on Monday, February 28th. Though main staff will be available for in-person operations, residents business owners, and visitors are still encouraged to make appointments, as necessary. When visiting City Hall, masks are required by all visitors and employees. Masks will be provided to guests who are unable to bring their own. For additional information regarding how to make payments to the City of York or general questions please visit www.yorkcity.org.
