National Night Out: Find a Location Near You

Every year neighbors throughout York City and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on their front porch lights, and spend the evening outside with neighbors and law enforcement.

This National Night Out will take place Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at the following places:

  • Dever’s area Neighborhood Association – 509 Pacific Avenue 6-8 pm
  • Downtown Inc. – 44 W. Philadelphia Street 4-6 pm
  • Colony Park Homes – 1721 Dever’s Rd 5-8 pm
  • Lincoln Charter – 559 W. King Street (upper school) 5-7 pm
  • Blossom Drop – 59 E. Market Street 5:30-7:30 pm
  • Parkway – 140 Willis Ln 5-7 pm
  • Springdale Neighborhood Association – intersection of Merion and Arlington 6-8 pm
  • North East Neighborhood Association – Pine and Philadelphia Street 4:30-7:30 pm
  • Bible Tabernacle – 361 S. Pine Street 5:30-7:30 pm
  • Children’s Aid Society – 636 W. Poplar Street 5-7 pm
  • Union Lutheran – 408 W. Market Street 6-8 pm

National Night Out builds up communities, fosters relationships with law enforcement, and takes a stand against neighborhood crime. Along with the traditional outside lights and front porch vigils, York City Police officers along with members of the York City Police Department command staff will be visiting block parties at locations throughout the city. The Police Department’s therapy dog Victory will also be part of the visits. Please come out and show your support for the community spirit behind National Night Out.
