Friday May 6th
“First Friday” will close Beaver St between Philadelphia St and King St from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Market St will remain open to eastbound traffic.
“Give Local York” will be in the Continental Square between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. There will be no road closures for this event.
However, due to the two large events in Downtown with increased pedestrian activity, motorists should use extreme caution. Remember to allow pedestrians to cross at marked crosswalks, including mid-block crosswalks.
Saturday May 7th
George Street Dining will begin for 2022 and will continue weekly. On Saturdays, George Street will be closed between Philadelphia St. and Gas Ave. for dining. Barricades will also be out at George St. and North St. to divert traffic around the area.
Sunday May 8th
“The Mother’s Day Outdoor Market” will close Beaver St from Philadelphia St to Market St between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
