The following events will take place and affect traffic in the City of York:
Friday May 2
- First Friday will close Beaver St between Philadelphia St and King St between 3:00 pm and 9:30 pm. Market St will remain open to through traffic.
- Logos Academy Block Party will close King St between Newberry St and Pershing Ave between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
- RSD Firefly Night Market will close King St between Duke St and Queen St between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
Sunday May 4
York YMCA Marathon and Half Marathon will close Newberry St from Market St to Philadelphia St, and close Market St from Newberry St to Pershing Ave between 5:30 am and 1:30 pm. Intermittent road closures will also happen on Newberry St and Princess St to start the race.
