“York City Police Department’s Fall Fest” will close W. King St. between Beaver St. and Cherry Ln. from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday October 24th
“York Halloween Parade” will close several major roads through the City from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Market St. will be closed from Overbrook Ave. to State St. Richland Ave. will be closed from Market St. to King St. Carlisle Ave. will be closed from Linden Ave. to Market St.
Motorists should use Highland Ave., King St., Sherman St., Philadelphia St. and Carlisle Ave. to get around the parade route.
There will also be parking restrictions in place along the parade route beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday October 24th.The parade route includes Richland Ave. between Market St. and Madison Ave., and Market St between Richland Ave. and State St. Vehicles that are parked along the parade route after 10:00 a.m. will be ticketed and towed.
