The City of York has announced the 2023 “Trunk or Treat” event at the City Hall parking lot will take place on Thursday, October 26, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Registration is open for individuals and businesses that want to provide candy and a decorated vehicle at the event. Trunk or Treat provides a safe and welcoming environment for “trick or treating” for York City families. The annual event is free for the York City community.
