The City of York is in the process of preparing its Five-Year Consolidated Plan for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and we have engaged the firm of Mullin & Lonergan to assist us in this endeavor. The Consolidated Plan will serve as a blueprint for the expenditures of federal funds in the City of York from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024.
As part of this five-year planning process, the City of York is required to identify the housing and community development needs for low-moderate income persons and households, as well as persons with special needs such as disabilities, substance abuse, mental illness, HIV/AIDS, the elderly, etc. Your participation in this planning process is important if the City is to develop an accurate strategy that addresses the priority needs of these groups and individuals.
A draft plan will be available for public display on or about October 1, 2019. Should you have questions about this survey please contact:
James Crosby via phone 717-849-2884 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please complete the survey by August 31, 2019 so that your voice is heard.
