On Friday, November 1st, 2019, the City of York will be sponsoring its monthly “First Friday” which will run from 4pm until 9pm. Beaver Street between King and Philadelphia Streets will be closed to vehicular traffic during that time frame.
Parking will also be restricted along Beaver Street. In addition to the Block party on Beaver St., there will be activities in Continental Square. Parking will therefore be restricted on S. George St. and on East and West Market St. around Continental Square.
Motorists are encouraged to exercise patience and use extra caution in this area due to the large number of participants attending this event.

On Friday, November 1st, 2019, the first block of N. Broad street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4pm until 9pm for “First Friday on Broad”. This is a block party featuring entertainment, food and vending options to York city residents.
