The City of York’s Parks and Recreations Department announces that the Penn Park Splash Pad will officially close for the season on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Throughout the summer, the Splash Pad has welcomed families, children, and visitors, providing a fun and refreshing community space. As we move into the fall season, staff will begin annual maintenance and winterization procedures to prepare the facility for next year.
Then Penn Park Splash Pad is scheduled to reopen on Memorial Day Weekend, 2027, offering another season of outdoor enjoyment for residents and visitors.
