York County Will Collect County Portion of City Tax Bills

Beginning this year, the York County Treasurer will collect the county’s portion of York City real estate taxes. York City Treasurer will still collect taxes for the city and York City School District.

As a result, York City property owners will receive separate bills for the county and city’s 2020 real estate taxes. Each tax must be paid to the district named on the bill.

York City real estate tax, denoted by a yellow bill, should still be paid at York City Hall unless noted otherwise.
