Residents can now easily schedule a large item to be picked up or report missed waste collections through the City of York website. This user-friendly system ensures faster service and improved efficiency, reducing the need for phone calls and waiting times.
Visit the official website of York City at www.yorkcity.org. Once there, look for the “Report” box under the home page’s photo. Click on either the “Schedule a Large Item” or “Missed Collections” link. There you will find information on the chosen topic as well as red buttons connected to the applicable online form.
