Halloween Parade: Traffic Advisory for Sunday, October 26
The annual tradition of the Halloween Parade in the City of York will take place on Sunday, October 26, 2025 starting at 2:00 pm. Traffic restrictions will be in effect from 7:00 am to the parade finish around 5:00 pm.

2026 Proposed Budget Hearings
City of York Mayor Michael Helfrich will hold public hearings on the 2026 Proposed York City Budget in City Council Chambers, 101 S. George St., York, PA, as follows:
Market St Tree Replacement Scheduled for Saturday, October 18
The first tree will be planted on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 8:00 am as part of the Market St. tree replacement and beautification project. The location of the first tree will be at Continental Square.
