Due to the weather forecast, including possible rain and gusts of wind, the 48th Annual York City Easter Egg hunt has been moved from this Saturday, April 1st to Saturday, April 8th. The time will remain from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The location will remain Kiwanis Lake.
The egg hunt is for children ages 1-13 years of age. This year’s event will feature Kid Zone by Atomic Bounce, Easter Crafts by POP Crafts, Coloring Station by Parliament Arts Organization, and a bike raffle sponsored by various community members as well as organizations. Food will be available for purchase from Bricker’s Fries. All music and announcements will be provided by DJ Cashmere.

In fact, the CDC reports that 289,839 York residents have Arthritis. To help combat this issue, the YMCA of the Roses (formally the York YMCA), is hosting a walking and stretching program.
